Do You have a Physical Location?
Currently we are an online store. Located in Longview WA. We don't have a brick in Mortar store at this time.
How Do I Place an Order? Currently, we are only taking online orders.
Online ordering: is fast and secure right in the comfort of your own home or on the road, Find desired items. Click your size or desired color. Click add to cart. Then View Cart or continue shopping. After filling your shopping cart with desired items, proceed to checkout. Fill in Customer email or cell phone number. Then continue to shipping address, Shipping method, and enter payment through our secured system.
What payment methods do you accept
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club Debit, Credit Cards & Paypal.
When will my credit card be charged?
As soon as you place the order.
Where do I enter a coupon code?
On "My Shopping Cart" page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Please email universeintheclouds@gmail.com. We will not be able to make changes to an order after it is placed in the Mail.
Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, Go To Returns/Exchanges
Do I have to pay for postage for returned and exchanged items?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return postage as well as new shipping charges to receive the exchange. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance.
What items are non returnable? Swimwear, underwear, clearance merchandise, gift cards, e-gift certificates. Item must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
If you received damaged/defective merchandise or the wrong item, please contact us ASAP upon arrival so we can make it right. Email universeintheclouds@gmail.com.

Yes, we have Universe In The Clouds Gift Cards they are available here.
Why can't I find my size?
All available sizes for a particular item are displayed on the product page. If it isn't on the site, it's not available.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do offer wholesale to resellers and business. We are currently accepting new wholesale customers. Please fill out and submit this form to be considered for a wholesale account.
