Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with every item that you purchase from Universe The Clouds.  Unused, Unwashed, Like New or defective merchandise can be returned for exchanged for a different size or refund within 30 days of purchase.  

Please Note: We will NOT accept underwear, swimwear, boardshorts, giftcards, e-cards, and clearance merchandise may not be returned for refund or exchange.

Please email: to confirm that you would like to return or exchange your item.  Please address the subject line "Return/Exchanges"  and be specific when emailing about an exchange, and let us know what size/item you are exchanging for. Someone will help you out in receiving a return label for exchanges and or  confirmation email return invoice and mail your items back to Universe In The Clouds.
After we have confirmed your desire to return the item, please  re-pack the items and its original packaging with labels and tags still attached.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: 
If you received damaged/defective merchandise or the wrong item, please contact us immediately upon arrival so we can make it right. Email us at

Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:
-The exchange must be received by Universe In The Clouds within 30 days of purchase.  
-The exchange item must be unworn/unwashed and in new condition.

After receiving the returned item, Universe In The Clouds will provide a store credit for the amount or you will receive money back to your credit/debit card

International customers: International customers are given an extension to the 30-day deadline depending on the shipping transit time.
Please contact us to make sure your return is eligible. 

Please note: The  customer will be responsible for all shipping fees We advise getting shipping service with tracking and or insurance for your own protection. As soon as we get the return or exchange, we will issue a FULL refund.  We’ll send you an email to confirm your return has been received and that your refund has been processed.  The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Shipping & handling is not refundable.

Missing Packages:
If your package was delivered but you did not receive it please First contact your local USPS carrier to report the Stolen/Lost/Undelivered parcel. Please email us at If we need to re-send your order or issue a refund.

For missing International package: We will not send out a second package. We will offer, on a case to case basis a refund minus shipping costs. 
International Packages: Please Note: International packages can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive from the US once shipped to Canada and Australia. To any other international destination, shipping can take any where from 3 weeks to 180 days to arrive by USPS International shipping as per USPS shipping times All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. 

Shipping: Once your order is placed online, there will be an in house processing time, usually 3-6 business days but during busy seasons it can take up to 7-10 business days. Once your order is shipped, first class mail in the US should take anywhere from 3-5 business days to reach you! You will receive a separate shipping email with a USPS tracking number for you to track your package
