NOTE: There is a risk that packages going to the listed destinations may not ever arrive. U.A.E.  Israel, Iran, Syria, Tunisia, Indonesia, Morocco, Philippines, and parts of Mexico and Africa.


How Long Will It Take My Package to Be Delivered Once Shipped?

Once your order is placed online, there will be a processing time to manufacture and fulfill your items. It can take up to 2-14  business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products before order is shipped. 

Shipping Speeds:

United States - Usually 2-5 days

International Packages - Shipping may take between 3 and 5 weeks to arrive depending on the carrier.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

Can I change Shipping Address?

Custom Taxes and Duties:

Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. You should contact your local customs office for further information, because Custom policies vary a lot from country to country.


How do I report Missing or Lost Package?

Universe In The Clouds will not  refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided at the checkout process was inaccurate and incomplete. Universe In The Clouds is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. It is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen item.
